Elevate your young athlete's game this Summer with RWCT's Strength, Speed & Agility Program run by Head Trainer - Jonathan.

 

NEW this summer will be the addition of a Baseball/Softball specific Training day.  On these days (Tuesday and Friday), we will focus on exercises that enhance rotational power as well as arm and leg strength for throwing, swinging ,and sprinting.

 

Our Athlete Tailored Workout includes exercises that enhance Overall Strength, Speed, Balance, Rotational Power, Arm Strength, Foot Speed, Explosivness, and Endurance. 

 

Each Athlete will enhance their performance and gain confidence on and off the field.  RWCT is committed to fostering a supportive and disciplined enviornment.  Join us and watch your child transform their potential into prowess. 

 

- Ages 7-13 (elementary to 8th grade)

- Each Workout is 60 minutes

- This is the 3 class per week option.

- Workouts will be on Monday's, Tuesday's 3:30pm and Thursday/Friday's 4:30pm

- 8 week program begins Monday June 23rd, end Friday August 15th.
