Elevate your young athlete's game this Fall/Winter with RWCT's Strength, Speed & Agility Program run by Head Trainer - Jonathan.
Our Athlete Tailored Workout includes exercises that enhance Overall Strength, Speed, Balance, Rotational Power, Arm Strength, Foot Speed, Explosiveness, and Endurance.
Our classes will be broken up into Speed and Agility days and Strength days. All athletes can attend Speed and Agility days, while the Strength days will be broken up into Middle School and Elementary School programs. The Middle School age group will use weight training to enhance their strength and power, while the Elementary School age group will focus on mastering the fundamentals of bodyweight exercises and plyometrics.
Each Athlete will enhance their performance and gain confidence on and off the field. RWCT is committed to fostering a supportive and disciplined enviornment. Join us and watch your child transform their potential into prowess.
- Ages 7-14 (elementary to 8th grade)
- Each Workout is 60 minutes
- This is the 3 class per week option.
- Strength workouts will be on Monday's and Wednesday's at 3:30pm and Saturday's at 11:15am for Middle School and Sunday's at 10 and 11am for Elementary school.
- Speed and Agility will be offered Friday's at 4:30pm and 5:30pm and Saturday's at 10:15am, open to ages 7-14.
- 8 week program begins Monday Monday December 29th and ends Sunday February 22nd.
