Elevate your young athlete's game this winter with RWCT's Strength, Speed & Agility Program run by Head Trainer - Jonathan.

 

Our Athlete Tailored Workout includes exercises that enhance Overall Strength, Speed, Balance, Rotational Power, Arm Strength, Foot Speed, Explosivness, and Endurance. 

 

Each Athlete will enhance their performance and gain confidence on and off the field.  RWCT is committed to fostering a supportive and disciplined enviornment.  Join us and watch your child transform their potential into prowess. 

 

- Ages 8-12

- Each Workout is 60 minutes

- This is the 1 class per week option.

- Workouts wil be on Fridays at 5pm or Sundays at 10am.

- 8 week program begins Friday January 3rd.

- Can join at any time.
