What is Circuit Training?
Our Circuit classes rotate between Upper Body, Lower Body, and Cardio Circuit twice per week. Each class is 45 minutes long. We start each class with a warm-up, then strength and toning in the middle, and finish with a cardio circuit to end an amazing fat burning workout! We welcome all ages and levels as every workout can be modified.

RWCT is your safe place to workout. We are a Covid-19
Certified facility with a brand new large workout floor.
Each member will have their own workout station. Each 6' x 6' station will have your own workout equipment cleaning supplies, and all stations will be distanced at least 12ft.
