What is Circuit Training?
Our Circuit classes rotate between Upper Body, Lower Body, and Cardio Circuit twice per week. Each class is 45 minutes long. We start each class with a warm-up, then strength and toning in the middle, and finish with a cardio circuit to end an amazing fat burning workout! We welcome all ages and levels as every workout can be modified.

RWCT is your safe place to workout. We are a Covid-19
Certified facility with a brand new large workout floor.
Each member will have their own workout station.
Each 6'x6' station will have your own workout equipment
cleaning supplies, and all stations will be distanced at least 12'.
