What is Circuit Training?
Our Circuit classes rotate between Upper Body, Lower Body, and Cardio Circuit twice per week. Each class is 50 minutes long. We start each class with a warm-up, then strength and toning in the middle, and finish with a cardio circuit to end an amazing fat burning workout! We welcome all ages and levels as every workout can be modified.
